We’re looking for a Creative Developer to join our growing production team. You’re a proactive problem-solver who enjoys contributing your skills to a variety of challenging interactive projects. You’ve gained some team experience, but you’re looking for a team that provides mentorship and can inspire you to push your skills further. On a day to day basis, you will be focused on creating unique visual and interactive experiences. You’ll experiment, code, test and optimize productions for a roster of exciting, top tier clients. No two days will be the same with this team!
What We Are Looking For
A Creative Developer who has the ability to use any tools necessary to create unique visual experiences
Experience with creating animated and interactive 2D & 3D graphics using GSAP, 2D Canvas, Three.js, WebGL, Pixi.js and other graphic-focused libraries
An eye for visual aesthetics and a feel for animation design
An ability to work collaboratively with developers and creatives
An articulate communicator – one who can create or contribute to concepts, hands-on development and management of technical details of a large account or project, and mentor other developers internally or guide an external vendor
Ability to set-up an efficient production workflow and pipeline
Strong ability to problem-solve and work in collaboration with the Creative Director

Desired Skills & Experience
Solid understanding of the Javascript language and Object Programming in general
2 years of proven experience building complex web experiences for mobile, tablet and desktop
Keen awareness of common performance bottlenecks and cross-browser issues
Attention to detail & pixel-perfect integration skills
Excellent animator, familiar with baked and custom eases, tween engines and procedural animations
Working knowledge of GIT version control
The ability to quickly learn and a passion for making things better
Good knowledge of modern front-end tooling, and ability to adjust to new ones quickly****
Bonus Points
Experience with WebGL/Three.js and shader programming
Knowledge and interest in WebAR
Knowledge of 3D modelling software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya
Knowledge of motion design software such as After Effects, Flash (Animate) to preview animations
Experience with Designer-Developer tooling/workflows
