We are excited to announce that we are looking for A Creative Video Tech. to join our ever growing company.
A creative video technician is responsible for the creation, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting audio-visual equipment for in-store video equipment, store displays, projection mapping equipment but not limited to live events, light shows, and more. You will be responsible for maintaining all the electronic devices inside the store such as video, displays, sounds, and communication networks in its best condition. The types of equipment include video walls, video servers, HDMI matrix/switches, projectors, projection lightings, video cameras, ambient fixtures; communication devices such as network devices and phone lines; audio devices like speakers and microphones if providing A/V services. The right candidate must be a DIYer and able to deliver ideas and find the solution to deliver the idea.
As a technician, your job duties involve setup and installation of devices, sourcing materials and equipment, performing sound and video checks, adjusting settings, updating contents, troubleshooting and solving technical problems. You will also be responsible for preparing diagrams, resourcing and communicating with our overseas vendors. You should be on top of purchasing the right video equipment all the way to the delivery.
As a Creative person, you will be collaborating with the head of innovations and outsource team/vendor for the creation of content. You must have the ability to create a stunning video content. You will also provide technical support for marketing video shoot if needed. A good knowledge of video editing and video production is a must. Must have a good eye for details and ambient lightings. You must be a person with a lot of different ideas and crave to know more.
The successful candidate must have an initiative and must be on top of their responsibilities and can deliver the concept immediately. Must be flexible with time and willing to travel. A person who can handle stress gracefully is the best quality.
Daily Tasks:
- Update project management system (Asana)
- Communicate via slack
- Check with vendors
- Share cool ideas for store experience
Skillset:
- Master of Adobe products such as: After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Substance and Premier
- Graphic design is a great quality but not necessary
- Knowledgeable in 3D software such as: Shapr3D, Autodesk, Maya, Blender or it’s equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in 3D animation is a huge plus.

Schedule and Salary:
- $60K-75K based on experience
- M-F 8:30-5:30pm In Office -Not Remote
