Job Overview:

We’re seeking to hire a talented Freelance or Part-Time 3D Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll work on various high-profile design projects, collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life. This is a mostly remote position which offers flexible scheduling and the chance to express your creativity. While the role is primarily remote, there will be occasional in-office work ranging from 1-3 days per week later this year.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models of event spaces, outdoor venues, and activations.
• Work collaboratively with event managers detailing 2D CAD floorplans.
• Helping in the development event diagrams, wayfinding maps, and other informational presentations utilizing 2D and 3D models.
• Use design software like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop. Proficiency in Vectorworks and Sketchup is a must. Proficiency in Blender is a plus.
• Assisting in flat graphics using Adobe Illustrator.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of design projects
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and production design

Skills:

• Proficiency in visual design principles and techniques
• Strong knowledge of graphic design software
• Proficiency in Vectorworks (3D) and Sketchup.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions
• Familiarity with market trends and consumer preferences
