The Interactive team is passionate about human interaction and is always trying new things. At Moment Factory, the TouchDesigner Creative Developer is involved in the creation of interactive experiences and generative installations. He-she works as much on the development of the capture and broadcast system as on the creation of real-time visual content. He-she is on the lookout for new multimedia technologies and their potential application in various contexts and broadcasting canvas. The aesthetics of the visuals generated and the quality of the user experience are fundamental to his-her practice. The Creative Developer is called upon to work on a project from its conception to its delivery. They also contribute to internal research and development projects.
Program real time visual effects based on artistic intentions;
Feed the creative process and propose innovative solutions;
Ensure that the user experience is clear and consistent;
Be aware of new technologies and new techniques in real-time visual programming;
Be responsible for the optimization of the program and the stability of the system;
Ensure technological watch and participate in the research and development (R&D) effort.
In-depth knowledge of Derrivative Touch Designer ;
Experience in shader programming (GLSL) ;
Experience in Python scripting;
Good knowledge of sensors and human-machine interaction modes;
Knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop software;
Knowledge of the Unity game engine, an asset.
Autonomy, sense of initiative and ability to manage the unexpected;
Interest in sharing knowledge and inspiration and contributing to the evolution of the team;
Accept feedback and respond positively to criticism.
Occasional work outside office hours.
