About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Creative Motion Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually stunning motion graphics and animations across various platforms. You will have a strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to translate creative concepts into impactful and innovative digital experiences.
Additionally, you will contribute to scheduling support and assist the team in ensuring timely and accurate content delivery across a network of retail media systems throughout Europe.
Location: Leeds office
Hours /Days of work: Mon – Fri, 9:00am – 5:00pm (with flexibility)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and animate 2D and 3D motion graphics for a variety of projects, including digital signage, social media campaigns, product launches, and interactive installations.
- Involvement in developing creative concepts and storyboards that effectively communicate brand messages and engage audiences.
- Collaborate closely with directors, designers, and developers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Working with senior creative management, you will be responsible for creating and scheduling media campaigns and schedules across various platforms to meet client timelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in motion graphics, animation, and digital technology.
- Ensure all projects meet the highest quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to projects.
- Produce high-quality video content, including editing, colour grading, and sound design.
- Review and proof content schedules and deliverables to ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience of motion design with examples demonstrating a range of styles and techniques.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Such as After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro etc).
- Proficiency in 3D animation software (preferably Cinema 4D).
- Solid understanding of video editing principles and techniques.
- A keen eye for detail and good organisational skills.
- Strong storytelling and conceptualization skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence using Office 365 (outlook, word, Excel, Teams)
- A passion for creating innovative and impactful visual content.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
