About the Role
We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy Instructor to lead engaging, project-based classes for students ages 6–17 (primarily ages 9–12). This role is ideal for someone who blends artistic ability with technical skills and thrives in an energetic, kid-focused classroom.
Class sizes range from 6–12 students, allowing for personalized instruction and meaningful student engagement.
This is not a lecture-based role—students are actively building games, designing 3D models, and creating animations in every class.
What You’ll Do
- Lead structured, hands-on classes in game development, 3D modeling, animation, and digital design
- Teach tools such as Roblox Studio, Blender, Tinkercad, Construct 3, Minecraft, and Toon Boom
- Break down complex concepts into simple, age-appropriate instruction
- Provide individualized support within small class sizes (6–12 students)
- Confidently manage and lead a classroom, maintaining structure, focus, and positive behavior
- Encourage creativity while keeping students engaged and on-task
- Adapt instruction for different ages and skill levels
- Support students in completing creative, project-based work
What We’re Looking For
- Strong artistic or creative background (digital art, animation, 3D design, or game design)
- Experience with tools like Blender, Roblox Studio, Toon Boom, or similar platforms
- Comfortable leading and managing a classroom of students
- Energetic, patient, and engaging personality
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain concepts clearly
- Passion for working with kids and making learning fun
Teaching experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Position Details
- Location: 811 SW 44th St UNIT 4, Cape Coral, FL (In-person)
- Schedule: Part-time with potential to grow into full-time based on enrollment
- Compensation: $18–$20 per hour
