[About the role]

The Creative Technologist Internship Program is a structured three-month opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience in customer education, engagement, and success within a leading UX prototyping company. As part of the program, interns will have the unique opportunity to learn ProtoPie at a professional level, equipping them with in-demand prototyping skills used by top design teams worldwide.

A key component of the internship is a capstone project, allowing interns to apply their knowledge and showcase their impact. Successful completion of the program may also open doors to further career opportunities, including potential collaboration with top industry companies that use ProtoPie.

This internship is open to applicants based in Seoul, South Korea, and Vancouver, Canada.

[Responsibilities]

Customer Education & Engagement

  • Assist in developing customer onboarding materials and learning resources.
  • Help create and update documentation, tutorials, and FAQs for ProtoPie users.
  • Support the design and execution of customer training sessions, including webinars and workshops.

Customer Support & Success

  • Work closely with the CX team to respond to customer inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance.
  • Collect and organize customer feedback to improve ProtoPie’s learning experience.
  • Analyze customer support interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Capstone Project

  • Work on a customer experience initiative, such as improving the onboarding process, developing interactive learning content, or optimizing user engagement strategies.
  • Present project findings and recommendations at the end of the internship.
  • Gain valuable experience that may lead to future career opportunities with ProtoPie or its industry-leading customers.

[Qualifications]

Must

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Interest in UX/UI design, digital tools, and customer education.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated with strong time and resource management skills.

Plus

  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, Framer, Origami, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Programming knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, or Arduino) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer support or education.

[Program Details & Working Arrangements]

  • Duration: 3 months, with a final capstone project.
  • Location: Seoul, South Korea, or Vancouver, Canada on site.
  • Working Hours: 10 – 7pm local time.
  • Professional Development: Interns will receive training to become proficient in ProtoPie at a professional level.
