Role/Title: Creative Technology Director
Location: Remote
Rate: up to $70/hr DOE

We’re seeking a Creative Technology Director to lead our client’s technology team and shape the future of the agency. You’ll be responsible for setting the vision for technology capabilities, delivering innovative digital solutions for clients, and exceeding annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technology roadmap, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and translate creative strategies into technical solutions.
• Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of developers and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from project conception to delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines.
• Technical Expertise: Design and develop robust backend systems, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of AEM and other relevant technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in creative technology leadership, with a proven track record in delivering successful digital projects.
• Strong understanding of backend technologies (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for technology, innovation, and driving business growth.
