The Role
We’re looking for a junior freelance 3D motion designer /animator or artist to collaborate on short-form videos, bringing innovative 3D visuals to life. You’ll work autonomously with minimal briefs, injecting your own creative flair into projects. Whether it’s data visualization, industrial CGI, or forward-thinking tech aesthetics, we want someone who can push boundaries but with economy and practicality.
Key Responsibilities
– Create **3D motion graphics, animations, and assets** (software agnostic: Blender, Houdini, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, etc.).
– Develop visuals for **tech/industrial brands** (think digital monitoring, AI, smart systems, and energy tech).
– Ideate freely—treat projects as a **creative sandbox** while aligning with brand goals.
– Work efficiently on **short turnaround projects** (we produce concise, high-impact videos).
Who You Are
– A technologist at heart with a passion for deep tech, data, and industrial innovation
– A **creative problem-solver** who thrives with minimal direction.
– Familiar with **sci-fi/tech aesthetics**, UI/UX-inspired motion design, or industrial CGI.
– Able to balance **artistic experimentation** with commercial appeal.
– **Junior-level** but with a clear portfolio showcasing **3D motion work** (professional or personal projects welcome).
Bonus Points
– Interest in **AI, IoT, or Industry 4.0** themes.
– Experience integrating 3D into live-action footage.
– Knowledge of **simulations, procedural design, or real-time rendering**.
