Do you have a passion for designing and building new experiences and demos that showcase ideas and capabilities in experiential ways? Do you love storytelling and engaging with customers? Do you thrive at working across multiple stakeholders to ensure that we collaborate and deliver the best customer experiences possible? Are you looking for a role where you’ll be part of an exciting and fast-paced team that dreams big and is customer obsessed? If this kind of role excites you, read on.

Microsoft’s Customer Engagement Team (CET) manages executive-level customer programs, including a network of global customer experience centers designed to improve customer and partner relationships, increase trust in Microsoft through our technical and business expertise, and accelerate AI transformation. CET’s customer experience centers are in Redmond, Silicon Valley, Singapore, and Munich, as well as a network of 40+ Microsoft Technology Centers worldwide.

As part of the Customer Engagement Team, we are looking for an experiential+digital marketer to become one of our Immersive Experience leads. This “strategic-doer” role will help create interactive and engaging industry-focused immersive experiences that highlight Microsoft’s commercial solution areas and AI technologies to accelerate sales. You will be a combo of content strategist+ creative producer + project manager – and have first-hand working knowledge of how immersive experience technologies can most effectively be deployed. This position will help create immersive experiences – customer-facing demos that we deliver both 3D (three dimensional) physically and with digital scale – and be accountable for site immersive experiences fabrications and installations at the centers, as well as budget management, project management, stakeholder input, communications, and measurement.

This role is based in Redmond and will be assigned to the Executive Briefing Center on Microsoft’s main campus in Redmond and will also have responsibilities to support our Experience Center based in Munich (this will require some periodic travel to Munich). This position will work closely with cross functional teams and stakeholders to regularly review Experience Center strategies, identify gaps in offerings and recommend solutions, and educate stakeholders on the value of Immersive Experience and how they align to Solutions and Industries.

The Immersive Experiences Lead is a self-starter with the ability to build partnerships. This role requires an individual who has proficient project management skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should be able to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and deliver independently on both strategic and tactical program initiatives. You should be organized, comfortable establishing processes and guidelines, collaborative, and able to work individually and collectively with the Immersive Experiences team and as a cross-functional partner and thought leader.
