Initiate, plan and supervise all phases of production from pre-planning to delivery for Meow Wolf App Content

Develop and implement logistical, budgetary, overall production workflow/communication, staffing, and scheduling scenarios to support multiple content pipelines, in concert with SVP, Creative Director

Responsible for close management of schedule, resources and budget, including risk mitigation

Close coordination with project management leads for the MW App, and with leads from all internal depts focused on individual content pipelines

Ensure all legal paperwork including contracts, clearances and licensing agreements are in place for all content deliverables.

Oversee, initiate, and manage vendor engagements, including contracts, support, and oversight of pacing, communication & deliverables.

Communicate status of assets and responsible for coordinating asset delivery to all teams – App production & publishing, technical, marketing, legal, press etc – including all final content asset deliveries for live deployment.

Ten+ years of experience in an arts, creative technology, entertainment/content, next gen storytelling, new media or innovative product development environment.

Demonstrated interest in the core work of Meow Wolf and passionate about extending that work into new realms.

This position is based in Santa Fe, NM, and a company laptop will be provided.

This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm MT or 10 am to 6 pm MT – occasionally requiring flexibility to work during evenings or weekends based on business needs, as well as travel to off-site locations.
