We’re looking for a confident, collaborative Project Manager to help us deliver world-class real-time and immersive experiences.

At S1T2, we blend story and technology to create emotionally resonant, interactive environments across museums, public spaces, and digital platforms. We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead one of  flagship projects and support smaller delivery streams, with potential for a full-time role in the future.

What we need doing:

• Lead the delivery of multiple real-time or interactive projects already in motion
• Manage client communications, approvals, and WIPs with weekly touchpoints
• Collaborate with Creative, Technical, and Executive Directors to refine schedules and resource plans
• Track project health, scope changes in collaboration with the Executive Producer
• Use tools like JIRA, Trello, Smartsheet and Google Suite to manage work and keep teams aligned
• Adjust approach and plans as project realities shift with the tea, not dogmatically following the spreadsheet
• Brief and manage vendors for product and spatial delivery

It’d be great if you:

• Have experience delivering creative tech, experiential, gaming or interactive projects
• Have hands on experience working with dev ops, game engines, tools and innovative teams that rely on experienced agile production methodologies
• Are confident managing scope, timelines, and people across multiple disciplines
• Are client-ready, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator
• Are able to drive high-level goals/vision and also dig into technical details
• Experience in managing/growing team orgs to scale for demand
• Enjoy solving problems in-flight and finding ways through creative complexity
• Understand R&D frameworking and liner content production
• Love working in teams that value storytelling, experimentation, and shared success

This contracted role is targeted for 6 to 12 months with a strong possibility of extension or full-time placement. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive studio working on bold, meaningful projects.
