The Role:

We are looking for a skilled integrated/experiential producer with a diverse range of experience ranging from AR/VR, gaming, activations, events and installations. A thoughtful creative collaborator that works to elevate the experiences while staying on time, on budget, and on strategy. You are always one step ahead of the team evaluating potential risks or opportunities that could make or break the project. You’re a team player that motivates others to deliver world-class experiences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take creative ideas from high level concepts to launch
  • Planning and execution of immersive digital experiences (AR/VR, gaming, other emerging tech as it comes)
  • Planning and execution of events, activations and installations
  • Prepare schedules from creative development through launch
  • Prepare estimates across all project tier levels, from down and dirty to high-end and high-profile
  • Source the best vendors/production partners in the industry and effectively match them to the projects/budgets to execute best in class work
  • Proven ability to proactively identify and address problems quickly and independently
  • Be a strong team player across the agency

What You’ll Need

  • 7+ years of experience as a producer in an advertising agency setting
  • Experience managing digital work AND events/activations
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Knowledge of Snapchat lens, Instagram & Facebook filters capabilities and limitations
  • Ability to thrive under daily deadline pressure
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and an ability to effectively multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Reel or portfolio that showcases a breadth of experience
  • Familiar with covid protocols for any IRL experiences

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package,

Pay Range
$60,000—$140,000 USD
