ocV!BE Digital Experience Design (DxD) is an embedded creative technology team that helps radically transform places into futuristic experiences with integrity and resonance. As we continue to expand and diversify our portfolio with the development of the ocV!BE project, it becomes increasingly important to have subject matter experts to help lead this exciting effort. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Product, the Senior Product Engineer, Creative Technology, serves as a vital member of this team, playing a significant role and responsible for helping to guide product visions to reality. This role will assist in the build-out of the department, including the establishment of systems, setting up group-wide processes and governance, determining the culture, and implementing technologies to support the efficiency and effectiveness of ocV!BE DxD functions and other key activities essential to building a nimble, smart, collaborative, and highly effective team.

Our Team: The DxD team accelerates experiential opportunities through design and technology campaigns

§ Our work connects physical and digital worlds, extending from immersive brand experiences to connected customer applications and smart building design

§ We deliver impactful customer experiences through immersive and interactive activations, district applications, high impact fan activations, emerging technology campaigns, and more

§ We are a passionate and multidisciplinary team made up of creatives, strategists, environment designers, software engineers, system architects, and creative technologists who are building the future of experience management

§ We believe in responsibly designing for the future across digital, physical, and virtual realms

The Product: Litehouse is ocV!BE’s proprietary platform that makes technology-driven experience design accessible to all, enabling users to build emotional and resonant connections with people across digital, virtual, and physical realms. Operating with six primary principles, our team behind Litehouse believes:

§ Success means that modern, sophisticated audiences — with a plethora of choices and deep concerns about privacy — are attracted, converted, and retained

– This is accomplished via omnipresent, immersive, timely, relevant, and friction-reducing content

– Delivering these solutions requires cutting edge experience, data, and content management platforms that are built by people who understand the nature of experience design and focus just as much on the end audience experience as the Litehouse user experience

§ Orchestrating technologies, teams, and workflows (which to date have been disparate and fragmented), should solve for the complexities of myriad technologies and workflows within a single platform

§ Litehouse’s flexibility is finite; Litehouse can interconnect and orchestrate virtually any system or process and does so in a standardized way that is repeatable/scalable

§ Litehouse solutions are built by analyzing the nature of the work of experts and embedding that expertise within components of the Litehouse platform

§ Litehouse empowers users to focus on their vision, delivering confidence that their tools will supplement and expand upon their own capabilities

The Work: As a Senior Product Engineer, Creative Technology, you will also work with a multidisciplinary team such as System Engineers, Backend Engineers, and UI Engineers—to help guide product visions to reality by…

§ Defining and executing technology solutions as modules for Litehouse platform systems and applications, using various creative tech stacks and render engines such as TouchDesigner, Unity, Unreal Engine, C++ frameworks, Houdini, and web frameworks

§ Integrating motion sensors, microcontrollers, circuits, and other relevant creative technology to build platform modules for innovative immersive experiences through Litehouse product

§ Consulting and advising on creative technology solutions as well as openly sharing knowledge and ideas with peers and/or others

§ Advising on the technical feasibility of designs and contributing to hardware and software implementation plans

§ Utilizing and contributing to system architecture, technical documentation, and development processes and best practices

§ Identifying, analyzing, and sharing current and future UX technology trends

§ Working alongside Product Engineers in creating Internal toolsets (libraries, creative interfaces, platform and application drivers, components, etc.) and automation

§ Deeply understanding our product in support of its development, growth, and enablement of user success

§ Contributing to exceptional software, hardware, and design solutions that exceed expectations

§ Understanding the bigger picture and the purpose of software to ensure and improve its quality and fitness-for-purpose

§ Writing clean, end-to-end code in support of the above
