Immersive Design Studios
Immersive Design Studios is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to conceive, develop, and deliver projects powered by our proprietary CANVAS software platform.
This role is centered on enterprise-grade immersive environments, including executive meeting spaces for leading financial institutions, premium corporate presentation venues, product launch environments, and high-profile entertainment destinations. We are looking for a highly capable professional with strong technical knowledge in IT and audiovisual systems, combined with the project leadership skills required to guide sophisticated projects from concept through execution.
The Technical Project Manager will work closely with IDS’s software, creative, and production teams, while coordinating with clients, consultants, and systems integrators to ensure the seamless delivery of each project. This position reports to the Chief Product Officer and works closely with senior management.

The Technical Project Manager plays a central role in translating client objectives into thoughtfully designed and technically robust immersive environments. This position requires a unique blend of project leadership, systems thinking, technical fluency, and client-facing professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, including:
- Identifying client needs, project objectives, and technical requirements
- Designing, planning, and preparing the audiovisual and technical pipeline for each project
- Defining technology requirements and identifying appropriate solutions, systems, and providers
- Preparing project cost estimates, timelines, and resource requirements
- Establishing deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and tracking project progress from initiation to completion
- Coordinating internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution
- Creating, organizing, and testing mock-ups and technical demonstrations in IDS studios
- Supervising and supporting final onsite installation, setup, and deployment
- Overseeing quality control throughout all phases of the project
- Managing commissioning and final system validation
- Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation
- Supporting post-deployment monitoring, troubleshooting, and follow-up
- Performing other related responsibilities as required

Requirements
- Proven professional experience in project management, ideally within technical, audiovisual, systems integration, or experiential environments
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with technical diagramming and design software such as CAD, Visio, or similar tools
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
