Artist Collaboration for a large-scale AI conference based in Tokyo, Japan

This is Hikaru Masamiya, an Artistic Director / Creative Producer based in Tokyo.
I am posting here to see the collaboration possibilities for a Large-scale AI Conference in Tokyo that I am taking part of direction.
I am taking care of the creative part of the conference and our creative team is suggesting to invite immersive audio visual artists with mind-blowing visual and sound performance for the opening act or middle of sessions to shock audiences in the event.
Also we are looking for video creator who can create teaser video for the conference.
The conference dates is on 16/05/2025,
We would love to hearing as many as enthusiastic artist/creators.
